The hotel provides a marvelous view of the Acropolis, Lycabettus and a panoramic view of Athens. A great place to be when you want to sightsee and walk around in Plaka. A very nice hotel with a good central location. The hotel is about eight blocks from the nearest metro station and only about a fifteen minute walk from the Acropolis. Hotel Evripides offers 62 rooms situated on 6 floors with private bathrooms, radio, Air-Condition, refrigerator, etc. Hotel is close to the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, the main shopping area and within easy reach of many attractions such as museums and galleries. USEFUL INFORMATION: - rooms can be easily accessed by disable persons (they are not specially designed for that) - room service is on request - non-smoking rooms available - rooms on the 6th floor have big balcony with Acropolis view - the bar works from 7 – 10 in the morning + 18 to 23:30 in the evening

LOCATION The hotel Evripides is situated in the center of Athens, close to the Acropolis. It is conveniently located within a short distance of Athens most picturesque districts - Plaka and Monastiraki. It is few minutes walk to the Omonia and Syntagma Square (main Square of Athens). After leaving the Athens Elefterios Airport drive in western direction towards Athens. The capital of Greece is of course well signposted and easy to be found. The hotel is located in the center of town, so following the signs for center will take you very near to the proximity of the hotel, at 19 km from the airport. DIRECTIONS: From Athens International Airport: 19 km Taxi: There is a taxi rank outside the airport, and taxis can take you straight to the hotel. The cost is approximately 25-35 EUR. Metro: Take the metro from the airport to Monastiraki station. From there, the hotel is a short walk. The metro costs 8 EUR per adult from the airport. Bus: Take the X95 bus from the airport to Syntagma Square. Take the metro to Monastiraki Square (red line). The hotel is only a short walk from Monastiraki Square. Bus costs 2.90 EUR per adult, and the metro from Syntagma costs 0.70 EUR. From Monastiraki Square / metro stop: 1) Walk up Athinas Street. 2) Turn left on Evripidou Street and you will shortly meet Epikourou Street.
