  • Regularly recommended by the most important gourmet guides, La Barbacane Restaurant offers a menu combining the freshest local ingredients with innovative recipes and fine attention to detail. Throughout the hotel, the emphasis is on warmth and elegance and the guests will be delighted by the very pleasant traditional atmosphere - whether relaxing and enjoying a meal in the informal Chez Saskia Brasserie, dining al fresco in the outdoor summer restaurant, Le Jardin de l'Evêque, dining in style before a crackling wood fire in the cosy winter restaurant, Côté Cheminée or enjoying a cocktail in the Library Bar with live piano entertainment.

  • The hotel is as renowned for its wine cellar as for its gourmet restaurant La Barbacane, which can seat up to 100 guests for private dining.

  • The Hôtel de la Cité features three meeting rooms with excellent audio-visual equipment including large screens, VCRs, a digital overhead projector and photocopier. The gardens, the patio or the Salon de la Tour are ideal for hosting cocktails and receptions for up to 250 guests.

Other rooms offer views of the narrow cobble-stoned streets of the Citadel.
