Off the sitting area is the master suite with it's large travertine bathroom including large tub, walk in shower and twin vanities. The sitting area and all bedrooms have TV/DVD's and the condominium includes wireless internet There is a security deposit of $500 for condos and $1000 for Homes due upon arrival in the form of a Credit Card Authorization. Certain resort amenities require advanced booking with the Property manager b. Some resort amenities may only be booked 5 working days in advance. Property availability and condition a. In the event of a property becoming unavailable or unusable, The Property Manager will endeavor to find an alternative for the guest in a timely manner. b. In the event of the failure of appliances, equipment or features within a home, The Property Manager will endeavor to perform repairs or replacements in a timely manner Property Damage a. The guest must immediately report any accidental or intentional property damage to The Property Manager, whether from a previous guest or from their party members. b. The Property Manager will recover the costs of accidental damage by; i. Processing a claim through the Property Protection fee c. The Property Manager will recover the costs of willful damage by; i. Reclaiming the security deposit sum d. Liability for damage is not limited to the value of cover provided by the property protection fee or security deposit amounts. Effective immediately below are the new fees for guests requesting late check outs. For guests scheduling late check outs in advance of arrival: 1. From 10am-11am – fee is $50 plus tax 2. From 11:01am-1pm – half day rate 3. After 1:01 pm - full day charge and that should be included in the rental rate portion of the reservation. For guests requesting late check out the same day of check out you must also add a $25 call out charge to the fees above depending on the time they will be checking out. As always, late check outs can only be granted when there is not another arrival coming in that same day.
