Gold Reef City Theme Park

Built around Gold mine shaft number 14, which was dug in 1887 in the midst of Johannesburg's gold rush, Gold Reef city is a theme park, a living museum of Victorian architecture and lifestyle and home to the Gold Reef City. The hotel has its own swimming pool with a cascading water feature and adjacent braai area.
