Highland Apartments by Mansley have no reception area, therefore operate a 'Meet and Greet' System for its guests. Key Collection is available from 3pm and 6pm daily therefore to facilitate a smooth key collection and access to your apartment it is important that you contact us.   ·         Bag Drop from 12 noon with Key collection and access to your apartment guaranteed from 15.00 (3pm) ·         If you are unable to check in prior to 18.00 (6pm) Please contact us 24 hours in advance on 07486 625 847 or via e-mail at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements. ·         Please note that it is not possible to collect your keys after 11pm ·         When you arrive at our apartments, 21 Bridge Street, Inverness (or 5 or 10 minutes prior to your arrival) please call 07486 625 847 and we will be with you as quickly as possible to meet you and get you checked in.
