The architectural aspect of our establishment is inspired by the urbanism of the postcolonial colonial city. Due to its location in the center and at the foot of Mount Gouraya a panoramic view dominates the whole city and the Bay of Bejaia. the northern hotel is 5 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the airport of Bejaia. The North Hotel by reference to North Africa is located near the BAB EL FOUKA citadel 1070 years old and Béjaïa regional theater. The Hotel du Nord has put into operation equipment in the field of internet technology. The Hotel du Nord is part of the sustainable development framework by adopting a construction technique in smart building.
