South Facing, Lake View, Games Room Welcome to the New Solterra Resort and our BRAND NEW 6 bedroom/4 bath home with modern decor. You will be amazed with this beautiful South Facing Pool home which overlooks the Lake. The view is incredible! The home Features an over-sized pool deck/lanai with a very large pool, loungers and outdoor dining set - all with a south view for plenty of sun and overlooking the lake! As you enter the professionally decorated home on the first floor, you will be greeted by the spacious open floor concept with large Living Room and fully equipped Kitchen. The kitchen has small touches such as a griddle for those big breakfasts and two coffee makers, one a single pod machine and a traditional coffee maker. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and four bedrooms on the second floor, including two Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms: On the first floor you will have bedrooms with a Queen Bed and one with two Twin Beds – these two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the Second Floor you have the First Master Bedroom-King Bed, with HUGE walk in stall shower and private Balcony. The second Master with King Bed and en suite stall shower. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed and the fourth bedroom has two Full Sized Beds. These two bedrooms share a Shower/tub bathroom. Unique features are both bedrooms have their own private Dressing/Sink Area allowing for privacy. All Bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions and also feature ceiling fans. Favorite Features of the home: *2 living rooms, one on each floor and both with large screen TV's, 54 Inch TV in downstairs living room and 42 inches upstairs in the Retreat. All homes are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival 2. Property’s price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services. 3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted. 4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions. 12. *This manager require a credit card form to be filled out and returned before arrival information is provided* (this covers incidentals, etc..)
