Each villa is placed to offer great access to the beach in Paphos or the facilities of the pretty harbour-town of Latchi. Villas in Polis enjoy beautiful scenery just a short way from town. Each villa comes equipped with its own swimming pool set in tropical gardens including a sun terrace and barbecue area whilst inside guests can enjoy a kitchen, air-conditioning and television for home-style comfort. Z&X Holiday Villas are ideal for a comfortable stay in this beautiful island, opportunely located to provide great access to the top sights of the island. *Please note:* A hire-car is also provided in the rate. A car hire representative will meet you at the airport to sign the agreement, pay fees and provide you with directions to the villa and you will find villa keys on the door. Your car hire will be from car group B ( a Chevrolet Spark or similar). *Please note: *The rate does not include a full tank of fuel and drop-off and pick-up from Larnaca Airport incurs a fee of EUR 120 and drop-off and pick-up from Paphos airport incurs a fee of EUR 20. Late arrivals must pay a charge of EUR 15. *Additional information:* Car Insurance is charged at EUR 16 per day. An Extra Damage Waiver is EUR 12 a day and is optional.
